Because Allah loves ‘you’…

No matter how many steps you take away from Allah , it still only takes one to get back..

I went to “Seminar Keluarga Sunnah” by Ustaz Ebit Lew yesterday. It was my first time in my life attending this kind of event. To be honest, I know nothing about Ustaz Ebit Lew till a night before the event. HAHA. I did some short research to know some overview about this Chinese reverted guy. I watched his youtube video before, tapi tak masuk dalam kepala. -_-

Was introduced to this event from one of my close friend during housemanship medical training, Dr Marlina. I have always wanted to attend this kind of event for years but have needed someone to take the lead. Thanks Mar!

Mar came earlier around 6.45am, just to book our sit. We finally able to sit in the front, second row in the middle. Puas sangat! I stayed awake throughout the program (which is a huge compliment with my history of sleeping during lectures while studying). Haha.

I don’t want to talk about how the event was going. It was so fantastic! It’s hard to explain, semua orang kena datang and feel it. No wonder they said, you need to bring an extra tissue papers to wipe your tears. Basah tudung kita, nangis banyak-banyak tau. (Even most of the guys in the hall pun nangis berjurai jatuh ego semua romeo kuikuikui)

I love when he related his experience through street ‘dakwah’, where he goes to several night spots in the Klang Valley, talked to the people that he met to get to know them (most of them are transgender, slut, drugs addict, ect) and understand their situations, and eventually, persuaded them to return to Allah. Most of them are not mischief but are just misguided by the lack of support or love from their families.

Ustaz Ebit also narrated heart-warming stories of the life of Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) and requested the us to reflect on the sacrifices of the Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) and his companions for their love of Islam. He encouraged  us to take Rasulullah (S.A.W) as our role model, especially on how Rasulullah (S.A.W) nurtured and treated his family and companions (sahabahs) with love and compassion. Be romantic with your wife is sunnah nabi, take bath together for husband and wife is sunnah nabi and all.

I bought all set for his books, RM100 per set. Entah bila nak baca cause I still have more than 10 books that still pending to read. Haihh

I’ve suddenly became his fan. To be honest, I just follow his instagram … today. -_-

I was so lost and had no idea why or even how to begin to find myself after my big fall in October 2019. We might feel that we face more difficult tests than others, but I know Allah tests us because He loves us and wants us to return to the right path.

Allah loves ‘you’ are the 2 words Ustaz Ebit Lew frequently use to convey his message during dakwah. Because we believe that no matter how small our deeds are or our slightest remembrance of Allah in any state or even waking up to a new day in good health, are signs of Allah’s love for His creations. He advice to don’t feel down because Allah loves you, very much.
